LED Dance Floor Rental — Sodapop Sunglasses Launch, The Jane Hotel
The challenge: When sunglasses brand Sodapop booked The Jane Hotel's penthouse for their product release party, the space came with a challenge most venues don't: one of the smallest service elevators in Manhattan. Before locking in the date, we confirmed our equipment would clear it comfortably — no surprises on event day.
What we delivered: We supplied a 12ft x 12ft LED dance floor with a concentric color-cycling pattern, upgraded at no extra charge from the client's original 10x10 request, along with four LED cocktail tables used to showcase the new sunglasses line. Because the exact floor space wasn't confirmed until the team saw the room in person, we came prepared to build either size and made the final call on-site.
The branding: The event's design team took things a step further, applying custom low-adhesive vinyl decals directly onto the illuminated panels to reinforce the brand's look under the lights — a detail we coordinated on in advance, recommending vinyl over paper stickers so removal afterward wouldn't damage the floor.
The logistics: With the install date moved up on short notice and setup pushed earlier to give the design team time to finish branding the floor before doors opened, our crew adjusted the schedule and had everything ready — including a lighting technician on-site for the night.
