LED Bar Rental — Corporate Event at Cipriani, NYC
The challenge: IR Magazine needed a bar setup for a corporate event at Cipriani, a historic NYC venue with its own strict logistics: two separate Certificates of Insurance required for entry (one for the building, one for Cipriani itself), and a floor plan that took shape as planning progressed.
What we delivered: As the event layout came together, the original order — sized around a single 6ft bar — grew into four full LED bars, split across two 12-foot bar areas to properly serve the room. We paired that with six LED cocktail tables to round out the space.
The details that matter: Historic venues come with their own rules, and we planned around them from the start — confirming our equipment would clear the building's freight elevator and having both required COIs ready well before delivery day. We also walked through the technical details that make an event run smoothly: exact table and bar dimensions, remote controls for on-the-fly color changes, and battery-powered lighting with a full backup set, so there was never a question of the lights running out mid-event.
The result: A properly scaled bar setup that adapted as the client's plans evolved, delivered into one of NYC's most storied event spaces without a hitch — and the start of a client relationship that's continued well beyond this first job together.
