LED Cocktail Table Rental at Chelsea Piers, Pier 60
This was one of our earliest jobs — and the first one that actually turned a profit. We were a brand-new company at the time, and this event helped prove the business could work.
The ask: An event production company needed 6 LED high-top cocktail tables with seating for an afterparty at Chelsea Piers, Pier 60 — booked on short notice, with a firm setup deadline.
What we delivered: The order scaled up last-minute from 6 to 8 tables once the client saw the numbers — 8 LED high-top cocktail tables (24"x24"x41") with 32 matching swivel bar stools. All units are battery-powered, so there's no wiring running across a venue floor during a live event, and each table's color is remote-controlled on site — this event called for a specific shade of blue, dialed in without needing custom-built units.
The logistics: Full setup was completed ahead of the 3pm deadline for that evening's event, and our team returned to break down and remove everything after the afterparty concluded around 12:45am — same-night pickup, no next-day return trip required.
