Multilevel LED Dance Floor Rental — Wedding Reception, Royal Manor
The challenge: For a wedding reception at Royal Manor in Garfield, NJ — celebrating a couple that included a local church deacon — the bride had picked out several dresses she wanted to wear throughout the night, but she could only wear one at a time. She wanted guests to see them all.
What we delivered: Alongside a 20ft x 20ft main LED dance floor, we built a second, elevated LED floor — 16ft x 12ft — specifically to display the dresses she wasn't currently wearing, mounted on top of the main stage structure with a 16ft x 6ft LED decor wall behind it. A V-shaped LED bar rounded out the reception space.
The versatility: With independent color control across every surface, the dress display floor could run its own lighting completely separate from the main dance floor below — giving each part of the room its own visual identity throughout the night, shifting and changing as the celebration went on.
The result: A true multi-level lighting build that turned a simple idea — showing off more than one dress — into a genuine centerpiece of the reception, proving that a light-up dance floor rental can flex well beyond the dance floor itself.
