Sponsor-Branded LED Hightops — Ocean Place Resort & Spa, Long Branch, NJ
In July 2026, a statewide healthcare association held its summer beach party at Ocean Place Resort & Spa on the Long Branch oceanfront. The event ran on sponsorships — and the organizers wanted every sponsor to be part of the room, not a name on a banner by the door.
The build: Fourteen LED hightop tables, each one wrapped with a different sponsor's logo. A glowing white hightop is a clean canvas: the logo reads crisply from across the room, and because the table lights from within, every sponsor's brand is literally illuminated all night. Guests don't walk past the sponsors — they stand at them, set their drinks on them, and take photos next to them.
The late addition: The order was thirteen tables — until one more sponsor signed on shortly before the event. We added a fourteenth branded hightop to the run so the newest sponsor got the same treatment as everyone else. That's the kind of change a modular inventory absorbs without drama.
