LED Wedding Stage Rental — Lucien’s Manor, Berlin NJ
The challenge: Lucien’s Manor already had staging in the room. It was solid, it was the right size, and it did not light up — which was the one thing this wedding needed it to do. Replacing it would have meant striking the venue’s own platform and rebuilding from the floor on a day with no spare hours in it.
What we delivered: We did not replace it. We built an 8ft x 16ft lit stage — 32 panels — directly on top of the venue’s existing platform, turning their structure into our substructure. That solved the look, and immediately created the second problem: the couple’s stage was now a full panel-height above where the venue’s steps ended.
The stairs: So we brought lighted stairs — a two-step, 4ft-wide staircase built from the same panels, lit to match. What started as an access problem finished as one of the better-looking parts of the setup: the steps read as a deliberate tier leading up to the couple rather than as a fix. You can see them clearly in the photos below.
What we brought that we hoped not to use: Four spare panels traveled with the job specifically so the footprint could be adjusted on site. Building on top of someone else’s platform means the exact edges are not known until you are standing on it, and a second trip is not an option on a wedding day.
