LED Stage Rental for Cotillion Event, Hauppauge NY
This job was for a cotillion — a formal debutante ball where young women are formally presented to society, often centered around a ceremonial dance with their fathers or escorts. This particular event grew out of a relationship that started at a Hofstra University fashion show, where we first connected with the client foundation. Months later, they came back to us for their annual cotillion.
The ask: The foundation initially hoped for a fully donated stage for the event. Given the scale required, we worked out a partial-donation structure instead — we covered roughly half the cost, and the foundation covered the rest in exchange for logo placement on their marketing materials and step-and-repeat backdrop.
What we delivered: The stage grew from an initial 4×8 concept to a 6×12 footprint, 24 inches high, once we had the actual number of debutantes taking part. It supported the full waltz sequence with fathers and escorts at the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge.
