LED Stage and Runway Rental Long Island

Our LED stages are built from the same panel units as our dance floors, elevated on 16" or 24" risers with the 8" dance floor units used to form steps up from the floor. The tops are 1/2" acrylic, rated to support up to 700 lbs per 2' x 2' section, so a full stage holds a band, a wedding party, or a full waltz sequence without a second thought. Every unit is independently color-controlled by remote, so the stage can shift its whole look over the course of a night. We built exactly this kind of stage — scaled up from an initial 4'x8' concept to a full 6'x12' footprint — for The Greatest Love Cotillion at the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge, supporting a full debutante waltz ceremony.

The same units laid end to end instead of stacked make a runway or catwalk — we've built them as narrow as 4' wide and as long as 50' for a single continuous illuminated walk. For a black-tie fashion show at Hofstra University, we went further: a custom solid wood base treated and painted black, with our lighted runway units set on top and a black skirt concealing the structure, plus a single differentiated light at the head of the runway to give young models a clear visual marker for where to stand.
